Chinese power plant manufacturers would enjoy unfair distinct advantage in the event of cheaper finance made available to the Indian power developers by the manufacturers or the Chinese banks and other Chinese financial institutions.

Parliamentary Consultative Committee of Reviews Functioning of SJVNL

Union Minister of Power Sushilkumar Shinde has underlined the need to accelerate development of hydro power in the country with the combined efforts of all stakeholders. He was addressing the Meeting of the Consultative Committee of Members of Parliament for the Ministry of Power in New Delhi.
