1. Deputy General Manager : 02 Posts
o Age : Not exceeding 50 years
o
Qualification : MBA/PG degree/diploma, with specialization in Marketing/International Business from Institute of repute approved by UGC/AICTE
o Locations :
HQ at Delhi - 01 Post
Chennai Branch - 01 Post
o Pay Scale : Rs.17500-400-22300 (unrevised scale 1997)

2. Chief Manager (Tech):01 Post for Chennai Branch
o Age : Not exceeding 50 years
o
Qualification : A recognized Degree of B.Tech/ M.Tech (Textile Technology) or equivalent diploma of 4 years by a recognized Institution. Additional Qualification: MBA in Foreign trade from Institute of repute approved by UGC/AICTE.
o Pay Scale : Rs.16000-400-20800 (unrevised scale 1997)

3. Chief Manager (RTW):01 post for HQ at Delhi
o Age : Not exceeding 50 years
o
Qualification : Degree in Garment Technology or Textile Technology from NIFT etc. with diploma in pattern making / cutting/ fashion designing from Institute of repute
o Pay Scale : Rs.16000-400-20800 (Pre-revised Scale)

4. Marketing Manager:01 post for HQ at Delhi
o Age : Not exceeding 45 years.
o
Qualification : A recognized degree preferably a post graduate degree in Economics, Commerce or Statistics or Business Administration.
o Pay Scale : Rs.13000-350-18250 (Pre-revised Scale)
